What is Bedford Realty USA Corp?

Bedford Realty USA Corp is a family owned full-service realty company located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We were established in 1980 when our founder Roberto Peguero needed a home for his new family. Everywhere he kncoked, he was rejected to rent due to his young age as no one believed he could pay the rent. Then, in a bold and risky business decision, he saved enough money to buy a four-family brick building. He tore down some walls, renovated a floor and had a tenant within six months. In no time, others followed. He has been an owner/investor ever since and opened the doors to the real estate office in 2003.

We’re proud to say that throughout our 40-year history, we have offered a unique perspective because we’re property owners as well as brokers/agents. We take pride on working on behalf of our clients’ best interests and deliver a true and honest assessment.
